- I have a B.S. degree in chemistry at MIT and a PhD in physical chemistry at UC Berkeley. I have done industrial research, taught at the University of DE, and worked as a Program Officer at NSF and NRC. I have served on the Delaware Governor's Energy Advisory Council and the Delaware Sea Level Rise Advisory Committee.
